Meet Jennifer Nelson
Before opening my own practice, I was a long-time litigating partner at a large national law firm, representing corporations and smaller businesses in complex legal disputes. While the blood sport of litigation no longer appeals to me, my time in the litigation trenches gave me a deep appreciation for the toll lawsuits take — financially, emotionally, and personally — on everyone involved. That experience inspired me to create a practice focused on resolution, helping people and organizations avoid the heavy burden of prolonged legal battles.
